Ok, so, my scale now says I am down to 260.8lbs. I think this is great... Just feeding the baby and lookin after her so far.... guess we shall see what next month brings!

Goals
- Carbonated Drinks in Moderation
- Drink a large cup of Green or Black tea daily (500ml)
- Drink more water
- Fries in Moderation
- Medium or small French Van. Cap. instead of Large
- Wii Regularily (aiming for daily)

hello, i noticed you have two blogs. this one here is very important!
i don't have weight issues now, but i did as a child (10-12), so i know how it is, at least a bit. of course it was a lot easier to lose weight then because children are still growing and there is time for sports, little stress to soothe with eating and so on.
sure you can make it!
