I think I have lost it.

Well, today, I got my ass up out of the chair and walked for the mail... I thought I was nuts because the sun is shineing and the Weather Network says, Wynyard feels like -29cel and Yorkton like -23cel. I walked up for the mail and it felt good to be out there.. the wind, cold but not so bad... LOL So, I came home, got my handy dandy spikes(for walking on ice) and put them on, changed my coat to the work one(it's a bit longer and I don't care if I sweat in it) Put on my hat and scarf, and grabbed my warm work gloves. I do say that those gloves are down right amazing.... anyways back to my walk. So, It is freaking cold out there... but I went because I didn't look at the weather til I got back, and also because it wasn't so bad when I went the 2.5 blocks to the post office. So, I head out and I take 35 minutes there and back. I walked out my back entrance to the ally, south down the ally, then I went east down the road til the stop sign on the front street, crossed headed straight east down the gravel. When I reached the stop sign, it didn't feel too bad so I continued by going south down to the first driveway(before it was the end of the graveyard, then the first approach after the graveyard, then the tree line, now the driveway after the treeline) All good. Oh my though, turn around to come back... all I can say is "holy sheets" that wind was nippy. All the way north back to the stop sign, then some trees were breaking the wind... so then I headed back west toward the house along the gravel, at least some of the trees and houses there broke some of the wind but it was still kinda wicked..... so, I got 35 minutes, plus the 10 it took to run up and get the mail.. Feels good.

Ok, so I am ready to be real with myself here... I have gained 3 lbs. and here are the measurements(compaired to the originals taken July 26/07):
Height: 5'8 (LOL I know this won't change, but think maybe as referance, works for vitals)
Weight: 263 (I'm up 3lbs since I started this blog)
Chest: 51 (-1) good navy bra
Ribcage: 40 (+1)
Bicep: 15 (+.5)
Waist: 48 (+2) around the belly button
Low Waist:47 (-2) Compaired to first of this m'ment.
Hip: 49.5 (+.5)
Thigh: 29 (=)

So, Here it tiz, I have to start drinking more water/tea and other such things. Less pop and juice. I need to eat less(one wrap at lunch instead of 2). I need to eat regular(supper at midnight isn't really good for a person). I need to eat more veggies.

I suck... well... the weather sucks too...

Well, we have been home for a week, over a week really. I have walked up to the co-op. I have walked up to the post office. I haven't had a long walk yet. I think though the weather is chilly and I tend to want to stay in then. We have had a couple nice days... but I lost motivation.. or ended up going somewheres... so, well, I hope this weather gets nice again and we get back to work er whatever soon....

I was feeling better and I put my skinnier jeans on and actually got them done up. So, I went and tried out the scale and it said I was still going up.... go figure... ah well.

Frustraited.
