Goals
- Carbonated Drinks in Moderation
- Drink a large cup of Green or Black tea daily (500ml)
- Drink more water
- Fries in Moderation
- Medium or small French Van. Cap. instead of Large
- Wii Regularily (aiming for daily)

Happy New Year Cindy! Congratulations on walking-you'll get there a step at a time.
My daughter and I are going to cut back on sugar and salt this year. We haven't committed to walking yet but will work (walk) toward it.
