Well, I walked the long way to the mail on Thursday Nov. 2nd. My hubby actually joined me today for a walk to the post office, the long way. I want to start walking more. Just because we are no longer on the road working and I need the exercise. Maybe it will help the weight loss along too... and make me feel better.. I know it works, it has before. I just find it hard to be motivated without a walking partner. Ah, well.. hopefully I will get to walking the long way around both ways to and from the post office and feel really good!
