Hey, yes, fumbling. I have had 3 large... maybe 4 large Vanilla capachino's... very bad. But they were sooo good and it was cold out... HAHAHAH excuses... Next time... smaller.. I should only have a small. But I am thinking I will try a Vanilla Steamer and put an earl grey tea bag in it so it is a London Fog. Think that is about the right taste. So, that is the goal... to get down to small cap.'s or switch to steamer though I bet they are both bad for you!!!!! LOL so... medium of either.... we shall see... Though I haven't had much pop. I had a can of 7-up the other day. With my Chinese food. Eh, it was yucky, the 7-up, not the Chinese. Love the Chinese at that place... its sooooo good!!! and not greasy!!! Love it.
Anyways. I should be out walking... I need to kick myself in the ass. It's kinda dreary out, just makes me want to stay in ... but I need to get my ass out walking... and yes. My ass needs it. I think I would feel less tired too. In fact, I know previously if I could get out for a walk, I felt better... so need to haul my ass out.
Beyond that, holding my own. Ish. The weather has been dreary then sunny then cold then then then... you know how it can be... today is dreary, but I am walking anyways!!!

Holding steady.
Well, I weighed a couple days ago. I weighted about the same as I did last time... so at least holding steady. That's a good sign. I mean at least I am not gaining. Which is always good. Been cold and wet and sucks the life outta a person the last bit.. so haven't been too enthused about walking... course we have still been working too, which in itself will keep a person from walking. Oh well... one of these days... I have been doing pretty good sticking to the medium french vanilla instead of the large... now just to switch to the small... one of these days... getting there.... every time I have to stop to pee at the side of the road on the way to the city... makes me think "If I had only had a small... would I still have had to pee?" LOL
Anyhow.. not much on this front to talk about... so Later...

Bleh
Feeling icky today, Made a trip to the city yesterday in the rain... well lets see first tried to work in the rain. Gave that up went to the city to do some shopping. We ate at A&W in the mall.... well... lets say we don't wanna do that again soon. A burger and fries with a root beer and my guts are just nasty today! I mean nasty... Guess healthy choices pay off better.. we really would have liked chili from Timmies but know damn well the line would have been an hour deep at the time we got to the city. *sighs* Other than that we haven't eaten out much. Been eating good home cooked stuff, even if it is a deli meat wrap that I whip up. Still better for us than that restaurant crap... And that's about it for now.... I know I don't post tonnes here but don't find that there is a lot I can say other than I am working and trying to eat right... occasionally fall off the bandwagon and have some fries er something but nothing significant yet.... come winter... I will log walking and stuff if I can get up the, get up and go to walk then tell ya about it! LOL
anyways, off an running... TTYL

Haven't forgotten
Hey, I haven't forgotten about this here.... I have just been busy with work. Though it is hard to be with the weather the way it is. I have been trying to follow what I am aiming for. I had an order of fries the other night... I didn't eat them all as they came with gravy on them and I have never been a fan... so, I guess it kept me from eating them all, good job huh? LOL I have also been trying to have a medium french vanilla cap instead of the large. I don't know how much difference 4 ounces makes but, it tends to not make me feel ill so all is good. Mind you when we headed out on the road for a 3 hour drive I still took the large....... bad bad bad... I should have had a bottle of water. Ah well, next trip, I think, I hope, we shall see!! Next week I will weigh and measure and see what kinda difference a month makes.
Catchya later!

Holding my own.
Well, I have been feeling better. I don't have upset stomach. I don't feel as tired as I did. Feeling much better all round. I do need to be more active, though I do find that work is very physically demanding but not cardiovascular. I got on the scale after a shower today. I know I know not supposed to step on it so much but been pretty much 2 weeks. I weighed the same after a shower as I did before.... might have to weigh in the morning for a good read... eh.. one of these days. I have been drinking a lot of iced tea, but am working on drinking water instead... getting there slowly. So that's all for now!
